Highlights of your role

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
  • Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
  • Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making
  • Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
  • Generate referrals through strong customer relationships

 

Compensation & Support

  • $2,000 biweekly training ramp (first 8 weeks for onboarding transition)
  • $100,000+ annual earning potential (top performers exceed $200,000+)
  • Commission paid at time of sale (no delays based on installation)
  • Monthly car allowance + mileage reimbursement
  • Company-provided phone and laptop or iPad
  • Bonus opportunities and career growth pathways

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
  • Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
  • Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
  • Drive to maximize income through performance
